Welcome to Star Pixel Creations. Before availing our services, please review the following terms carefully. These terms ensure transparency and mutual understanding between our team and clients for every project.
1. Transport & Logistics
🚗 Additional charges apply for travel, equipment transport, and location expenses (if applicable). Clients will be notified in advance if such costs are expected.
2. Revisions Policy
🔁 Each project includes 1–2 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this will be chargeable based on project scope and requirements.
3. Delivery Formats
🎞️ Final videos will be delivered in multiple formats such as Reel, Story, and YouTube Shorts. If other formats are required, please inform our team in advance.
4. Payment Terms
💰 A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid once 50% of the project work is completed.
5. Delivery Timeline
⏱️ The standard delivery timeline is a minimum of 5 working days after the shoot date. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and feedback speed.
6. Raw Footage
📂 Raw footage files are not included in the project delivery unless specifically requested. Providing raw files may incur an additional fee.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
🧾 All footage and edits remain the property of Star Pixel Creations until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives non-exclusive rights to use the final videos for agreed purposes such as social media, advertising, or marketing.
Star Pixel Creations retains the right to use the content for its own portfolio and promotional purposes.
8. Music Licensing
🎧 All background music used in projects will be royalty-free or properly licensed for commercial use.
9. Client Responsibility
⚠️ Clients must provide accurate brand materials, logos, and content guidelines before editing begins. Delays in providing these may impact delivery timelines.
10. Rescheduling & Cancellations
🗓️ Reschedules must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations after booking confirmation will result in the advance payment being non-refundable.
11. Data Storage
💾 Project files will be securely stored for 30 days after delivery. Backup or retrieval requests beyond this period may incur extra charges.
12. Feedback & Approvals
📩 Timely feedback is essential for smooth project flow. Any delay in providing approvals or feedback may extend the final delivery schedule.
