At Star Pixel Creations, we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction with every project. Our refund policy has been designed to maintain fairness and clarity while considering the time, resources, and creative effort involved in our services.

1. Advance Payments

💰 All projects require a 50% advance payment to begin work. This amount confirms your booking and secures our time and resources. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

✅ Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances:

  • If the project has not yet been initiated or any work has not commenced.
  • If Star Pixel Creations fails to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen internal issues.
  • If both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before starting the work.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

🚫 No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Once project work or shooting has begun.
  • For delays caused by the client (such as late feedback, missing content, or unresponsiveness).
  • If creative work has already been delivered (videos, designs, or edits).
  • For cancellations made after booking confirmation or partial delivery of the project.

4. Revision & Rework

🔁 Instead of refunds, we provide 1–2 rounds of revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Any additional changes beyond the agreed limit may be chargeable depending on project scope.

5. Refund Process

💳 If a refund request is approved, the process will be initiated within 7–10 working days. The refund amount will be transferred through the original mode of payment.

6. Partial Refunds

⚖️ In some cases where only partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work delivered and time invested.

7. No Refund on Promotional Packages

🎯 Services purchased during special promotions, discounts, or offers are non-refundable under any circumstance.

8. Third-Party Costs

💼 Any third-party expenses (e.g., ad campaigns, licensing, equipment rental, travel, or platform fees) already incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

9. Client Communication

📩 Clients must communicate refund or cancellation requests in writing to our official email within 7 days of project commencement for consideration.
